On the one hand, it fully mobilizes the enthusiasm of all employees to learn theoretical knowledge through safety production knowledge competitions; On the other hand, through special emergency drills for hazardous chemical leakage accidents, the actual emergency response ability of employees has been greatly improved.

In the safety production knowledge competition, all employees of our company actively participated and registered, forming four strong representative teams. Each participating team member has agile thinking, quick reaction, and high accuracy, fully experiencing the rich knowledge reserves of safety production from all employees and the strong cultural heritage of our company's safety production. After several exciting rounds of competition, the representative team of Workshop 2 ultimately won the first place in this competition.

The following month after the end of the safety knowledge competition, our company held a special safety production drill activity under the witness of relevant leaders of the Biological Industry Park in Yichang High tech Zone.

This emergency drill simulates the leakage of hazardous chemicals during the transportation of acetic anhydride materials. During the inspection of the acetic anhydride material delivery pump in the tank farm, the drill operator found that there was leakage on the screw thread at the connection part of the pipeline ball valve, and reported it to the company leader as soon as possible. After listening to the on-site report, General Manager Chen Shaoyan announced the immediate launch of the company's emergency plan for hazardous chemical leakage. The company's safety alert team, fire prevention and chemical prevention team, emergency repair team, and environmental monitoring team quickly responded and cooperated, successfully eliminating safety hazards and avoiding further expansion of the accident.

Xu Zhenrui, the company's safety director, concluded that the overall goal of this drill was achieved, with proper on-site command, timely personnel response, tacit team cooperation, and orderly key links; However, it also exposes the lack of tension and atmosphere among the actors and trainees, as well as the inadequate execution of actions. It is necessary to strengthen training and learning, deepen ideological understanding, and truly implement the requirements of the "Safety Production Emergency Plan" in practical work.
