On January 25, 2025, Hubei Guangchen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. held a grand award ceremony to honor the outstanding employees and outstanding teams of the year 2024.
On January 25, 2025, Hubei Guangchen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. held a grand commendation conference for the awards of outstanding employees and outstanding teams for the year 2024.
In 2024, with the joint efforts of all employees, the company achieved certain results in management and operations to varying degrees. The company successfully passed the drug registration and production site inspection for the sitagliptin and metformin sustained-release tablets, received the title of "Gazelle Enterprise" awarded by the Hubei Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and the title of "Level 3 Safety Production Standardization Enterprise (Pharmaceutical)" in the high-tech zone. The second phase of the project was completed, and the celebration conference for the 10th anniversary of Guangchen Pharmaceutical and the completion of the second phase project was successfully held. The conference received unanimous recognition from the attending guests and achieved the dual purposes of enhancing customer cooperation confidence and corporate cohesion.
The commendation conference opened with a solemn employee oath reading ceremony. The company's administrative director, Pan Zhenglin, read the commendation documents for the outstanding employees and outstanding teams for 2024 on behalf of the company. The nine employees who received the title of outstanding employee were Zhang Jiabing, Xie Dejun, Peng Lei, Wang Jie, Wang Kang, Liu Yao, Peng Yuliang, Mao Xingyan, and Xiong Hui. The production department's first workshop and the safety management team of the safety and environmental protection department received the title of outstanding team. Zhang Yachao, Hu Jie, and Wu Feng received the "Chengxin Tongxing Award," and the equipment engineering director, Xia Qing, received the special contribution award. It is hoped that the teams and individuals who were honored and rewarded will take this as a new starting point, continue to work hard, and create new achievements. At the same time, all employees of the company are called upon to take the advanced as examples, work together, and make new contributions to the sustainable development of Guangchen Pharmaceutical!
The company's general manager, Chen Shaoyan, board member Kuang Weidong, and chairman Lei Shaoqing presented awards to the employees who received the titles of outstanding employee (team), Chengxin Tongxing Award, and special contribution award.
At the conference, General Manager Chen Shaoyan delivered an impassioned speech titled "Ten Years of Aspiration, Deep Cultivation, Looking at Today; Walking Together, Accumulating Strength, and Setting Off Again," reviewing the fruitful past year and looking forward to a new year full of hope. All employees will continue to maintain the momentum of riding the wind and breaking the waves, with the courage to forge ahead, a practical style, a pursuit of progress, a fighting attitude, and strict assessments, accumulating strength to write a new chapter for Guangchen Pharmaceutical. Everyone will work together, walk together, and embark on the second decade of Guangchen Pharmaceutical, which is even more hopeful.
Finally, Chairman Lei Shaoqing delivered a New Year message on behalf of the company, sending good wishes to all employees for the New Year and emphasizing that the company will take industry benchmark enterprises as examples, strive hard, and continuously improve the well-being of all employees.
The conference also featured a variety of colorful artistic performances, with all middle and senior management participating in the program activities, interacting with employees and bringing the conference to a new climax.
2025 is the planning year for the second decade of Guangchen Pharmaceutical, the opening year. What changes is the "time unit," but what remains unchanged is the belief and pursuit of Guangchen. The company will closely focus on the medium and long-term goals set by the board of directors, implement the implementation plan, and ensure the achievement of the struggle goals for the next decade.
